Our services involve building and configuring solutions within third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, and Mailgun. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any third-party platform unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party platforms where applicable. We are not liable for changes to third-party platform features, pricing, terms of service, or availability.
Lead data captured through funnels we build is stored within the client's dedicated sub-account on the GoHighLevel platform. CTG Tech Consulting does not own, claim rights to, or independently access client lead data beyond the scope of the contracted service engagement. Upon cancellation of services, clients retain access to their data within the platform according to the platform's own data retention policies.
If you submit any information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate and lawful, and you grant CTG Tech Consulting a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such submissions solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and providing services.
