Services described on this website are subject to a separate service agreement. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables listed on this website are indicative and may vary based on project scope. This website does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.
Our services involve configuring and implementing solutions within third-party platforms, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude AI platform, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRM platforms, and various business tools connected via MCP. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any third-party platform unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party platforms where applicable. We are not liable for changes to third-party platform features, pricing, terms of service, or availability.
Claude AI configurations, custom skills, Projects, and MCP integrations we build are delivered to and owned by the client. CTG Tech Consulting does not retain copies of client-specific configurations, company knowledge, or proprietary data beyond the scope of the contracted service engagement. Upon completion of services, clients retain full ownership of all deliverables including SKILL.md files, Project configurations, documentation, and training materials.
If you submit any information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate and lawful, and you grant CTG Tech Consulting a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such submissions solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and providing services.
