During the course of service delivery, your business information (name, logo, contact details, lead magnet content) will be configured within the GoHighLevel platform to operate your funnel. Lead data captured through your funnel (prospect names, emails, phone numbers) is stored within your dedicated GoHighLevel sub-account. Your use of GoHighLevel is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Your Privacy Rights

GDPR Rights (EEA Residents): Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and right to object to processing.

CCPA / CPRA Rights (California Residents): Right to know what personal information we collect, right to request deletion, right to correct inaccurate information, right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.
