Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, request a diagnostic, or engage our services, you may provide your name, business email address, company name, job title, phone number, website, and details about your business, including revenue range, average deal size, call volume, and sales cycle length.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
Client engagement information. During an engagement, we may receive business information from you, including your ideal customer profile, positioning and pricing documents, case studies, sales scripts, call recordings or transcripts, CRM exports, and pipeline data.

What the velocity calculator does

The calculator on our home page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or logged.

AI processing and your materials

Our services involve processing your business materials using third-party artificial intelligence providers. You should understand the following:

Materials you provide during an engagement may be sent to AI providers in order to generate research, business cases, discovery questions, and related output.
We use providers on business or enterprise terms under which submitted content is not used to train their models. Provider terms are available on request.
Wherever practical, systems we build are deployed into accounts you control, so that your data remains under your control after handover.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data — health information, biometric data, government identifiers, or similar — as part of an engagement. Our services do not require it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any third-party or prospect information with us, and that doing so is consistent with your own privacy obligations.

Client data

Business information you share with us during an engagement is treated as confidential. We use it only to perform the services you have engaged us for, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy or as directed by you. Where a signed services agreement or non-disclosure agreement is in place, the confidentiality terms of that agreement govern.

Third-party service providers

We use third-party tools to run our business, which may include website hosting, email and calendar services, customer relationship management platforms, marketing automation tools, cloud storage, payment processing, and artificial intelligence model providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it appropriately. We do not sell personal information. A current list of providers is available on request.

Marketing emails

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for up to twenty-four months. Client materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records are kept as long as required by law. At the end of an engagement, you may request deletion of your materials from our systems; systems deployed into your own accounts remain yours.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information in our possession, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to certain processing, or to receive your information in a portable format. Virginia residents have specific rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
